On behalf of the entire Thornton family, we would like to send our sincere thanks for not only the excellent services you provided for our father, but also for helping the family understand the process. Additionally you have met your mission several times over as everything you promised was delivered in a most professional and respectful manner. Constantly being there for him was key. We also thought the flowers sent was a comfort.
It has been almost 10 years I have met and known personally the founders and leaders of Ambercity Hospice, Inc and I have seen, observed, experienced the sincere commitment of the whole agency staff and management to be patient advocate, family friendly and accommodating, true hospice care and services beyond their capacities to help patients in their most difficult time of their Terminal illnesses. It is a business alright but the team makes every effort to keep patients comfortable at all cost, happy families, happy staff and community benefits. I was told that the agency received 3 consecutive years of excellent commendation for hospice care and services from 2019, 2020, 2021 presented by the City of Riverside. Selfless dedication for service, maintaining patients’ dignity and that’s why the staff lasted for so many years. This is Jinan Annous the daughter of Mr. Annous. I am writing to express my gratitude and my appreciation for all the services you have provided for dad since he enrolled with you in March
I was lost and desperate for help and support when my secretary mentioned getting hospice for dad whose dementia was getting worse especially after being admitted to hospital then rehab
I knew the next phase was going to be difficult and I needed major support. I searched on internet and came across you. The reviews were good and I decided to contact you that was one of the best decisions of my life. All through the last few months I have been overwhelmed by the care the attention the consistency the affection the support the accuracy of your services. You are an epitome of excellent customer service coupled with kindness and true caring. From the doctor and his nurse who visit dad check on him periodically play music for him and are only a phone call away. To what I like to call my dad true angel Evelyn his lvn I believe is her title she is beyond any description. She’s patient kind sweet consistent caring good listener always available and a true asset to my father I can’t even express enough gratitude towards her she’s been a lifesaver for us all. Her calm demeanor her kind approach her sweet disposition she’s a beautiful soul that every hospice should have. I feel a sense of peace when she’s here she has that aura about her bc of how her personality is all about caring genuinely for her patients. I can’t thank her enough for being dad provider for all these months. Prior to her for a very short time we had Celeste who was kind and sweet and treated dad very well too she tried hard to problem solve for dad too when he had health issues. Lastly i can’t express enough love or appreciation for Tonisha who’s been dad bather for the last many months. The woman had the best attitude she’s efficient calm kind funny and so sweet just a ray of sunshine in the midst of our challenge with dad she cares about my father deeply and is always here ready and supportive. Then there’s the admin personal I am not sure who he are but they’re always calling me asking for my refill orders ensuring I have enough of everything and always a text away. All in all my experience with your hospice has been a tremendous one of support care attention kindness and a sense of comfort and peace. I can’t thank you enough for providing me and my family with this kind of peace in the midst of the chaos my dad illness has brought along
